The Lake
Queechy Lake is a 141 acre spring fed lake with a depth of 40 feet. The lake is consistently rated as being in the top five cleanest lakes in New York State. The crystal clear waters remind us daily of that achievement. Surrounded by mountains with nearly one third still undeveloped it presents as a peaceful sanctuary for swimming, boating, fishing or just relaxing.

QSBC
Queechy Lake Beach Club (QSBC) is a private, residential lakeside community consisting of 37 members. Most members are seasonal with a few year round residents. It has a rustic rural camp like feel. In fact, it was a camp prior to becoming a small residential enclave. The old theater, boat house and administration building (albeit retrofitted into homes) are still distinguishable to the discerning eye. Dirt roads are narrow and require constant attention. Driving slow is required due to the high maintenance, summer dust from driving and most importantly for the people walking and children playing.
